EAST 5TH STREET APARTMENT RENOVATION

Project involved a complete gut and redo of the existing kitchen, removal and enlarging the bathroom, reframing and leveling the floor joists and walls, rebuilding the kitchen passthrough with a new archway, removal of the triple window in the bedroom and replacing with a sliding patio door, creating a new double walk-in closet, installing multiple new pocket doors, creating a custom floating live-edge slab vanity and shelves in the bathroom, new flooring and trim throughout, removal of the existing radiators and installation of a new split unit HVAC system, extensive plaster work, and applying a unique Roman clay finish in the kitchen.
